Dear Valued Alsip Residents in the Chippewa subdivision,
To better service all of our customers in the whole Chippewa Subdivision
between Cal Sag Rd & 127th Street (N to S) and from Austin Ave. to Menard
(E to W), we have changed our service days in your area. Beginning on
Thursday, June 20th, 2024, your trash, recycling, and yard waste day is
changing to Thursday’s. The only thing that will changed is the day of
services, all other services will remain the same. Please place the trash
carts at the same location that you are currently being serviced. Below is
a copy of the map that will be effected and copy of the door hanger notice
that will be used to notify you of the changes. For any questions contact
708-385-8252. If a schedule holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July
4th, Labor Day, Thanks Giving Day, and Christmas Day) falls between Monday
– Thursday service will be delayed by one day. Example, July 4th, 2024
falls on a Thursday so for that week your service day will be delayed by
one day which will be on Friday, July, 5th, 2024
