Beginning Friday, November 4, 2022, through Friday, November 18, 2022, the intersection of 127th Street & Illinois Route 83 will be closed while they install a new water main beneath the roadway. This is the water main that feeds that area. Depending on the weather, the project may be completed before the 18th, but the closure is permitted for the entire two weeks.
Also CCDOT will be closing the bridge at 13300 S Pulaski over the Cal Sag for Repairs on the weekends going forward. This repair and painting may span a few weekends. Kedzie via 131st St. will be the Detour FYI.
