Please be advised, the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and their contractors will begin construction at Route 83 & 127th Street. This project consists of removal and replacement of the structure that carries IL 83 over Tinley Creek. Also included are intersection improvements, pavement reconstruction, widening, resurfacing, drainage adjustments, and ADA improvements. Estimated completion date for this project is November 2022.
Motorist should expect traffic delays during this period.
