On Monday, November 26th, Alsip Girl Scout Troops #55345, #55483 and
#55791 assembled 100 Cancer Care Bags benefiting Christmas Without Cancer.
This was their largest community service project to date. Troop leaders collected donations from their family, friends, school, employers and the Alsip community. The girls made personalized cards and then filled each bag with the generous donations received. The bags will help patients during treatment, Dr. appointments and hospital stays.
